Y.L.G.C. will provide skills and empowerment and resources for young ladies between the ages of 15 and 24. This program will provide them with the skills that they need to continue to grow and succeed in their life and give them and give them the support when no one else is there to say that they can make it and become more then they can imagine.
Young Ladies can experience an inspirational, motivational and fun keynote presentation covering the complexities of relationships, self-esteem, and unrealistic pressures and expectations, providing girls with solid strategies to start creating change in their lives and schools.

Cathy has over 25 years of provided services uplifting her community. Cathy past position as director for Zealous Resources providing arts for underprivileged children. Zealous Resources provided vocal lessons, dance and video production in Miami Florida. Also worked in the special-needs department in Clayton County and Atlanta public school system. Cathy enjoys providing training and motivation to help encourage young ladies to become more than what they hope to be. Cathy holds a MBA and Business Management/Paralegal from Florida Metropolitan University of Florida – Certified Life Coach

Telecia has over 20 years of experience working with transportation within the community. Telecia believes in providing safety and training to individuals which provides safe transportation to better jobs and empowerment for young ladies to make sound decisions of awareness. Telecia continues to give back to the communities providing volunteer services and community training to uplift support to the youth to improve awareness. Her passion has helped Y.L.G.C. develop into existence. Telecia holds a BA in Accounting /Communications Relations.

Pamela began her career in several traditional settings. After graduating with a B.A. in Urban Studies from Queens College N.Y. in 1988, she began working as an assistant women’s basketball. She then enlisted in the United States Army iwhere she completed a B.S in criminal justice. She completed a master’s degree in counseling .
Her clinical experiences include clinical coordinator and clinical director at various agencies such as a rape crisis center and a residential center for male juvenile sex offenders and others diagnosed with severe conduct disorders. Pamela has evolved into a down to earth, grass roots life coach and consultant.
Life Coaching has offered an opportunity to practice outside of the box and still be grounded by some selective evidenced based principles
Our program is designed to inspire young ladies between the ages of 15-24. We offer programs touching topics that’s much needed in our communities. Topics include trafficking awareness, diversity , self love & body image, and. positive relationships.
We train young ladies to become peer leaders to act as mentors and run programs, activities and events for younger girls within the school and community.
Girls are divided into groups of 10 lead by 1-2 peer leaders who facilitate powerful conversations and activities designed to help girls break down barriers, connect with each other and develop stronger relationships and a deeper understanding that as girls, we really are all on the same team.
